"Chloe was super friendly with scheduling and payment. Maurice was able to get to our house within a day compared to 1 week for other service companies. I was thrilled considering it was over the holidays. He promptly diagnosed the problem with our fridge and ordered the part. Came back the same day the part arrived. Fixed after getting one other small thing figured out. There was an initial $250 diagnostic fee for our GE Monogram builtin fridge, but then he did give us a discount for the final repair. Very reasonable prices. Fridge was back up and running quickly (even before others would’ve been out to see us)! "
